Shivering & weakness

Since first week of sep. , in every 10-15 days from starts shivering like hell , little bit of nausea ,  headache  and a lot of weakness. Suggested medications by my doctor : Combiether forte , novaclox LB 200mg , dolo 650mg. Yesterday it happened again for the 3rd time. Kindly suggest some effective solution .
