My daughter is 4 years 2 months old. she studies in lkg.  we started speaking to her in english initially and from last few months we speak to her more in hindi. she speaks little bit of both english n hindi, however, she cannot build a proper conversation with us as she is unable to answer 'why' questions. please tell me what kind of specialist should we consult in this regard.
