She has so much pain on solder so please suggest best medicine and exercise for this issue. , I have done also x-Ray but there no broken fond on there.

Most likely a muscular issue. X ray will turn up normal in such cases. Highly advisable to visit a shoulder specialist surgeon for clinical examination and quick resolution
