Hi, my wife is not keeping well for sometime. So we had done blood test and found that she has low vitamin D3, B12 and hemoglobin and now under medication for these. I feel, she still has nit been able to recover as she sometimes feel drwozy and lethargic and body temperature always remains high during night sometimes during day too. I want to knwo whether she is having something else or the recovery is likely to take some more time.
