Shape out of ribcage

I got my ribs stretched very excess during my zym sessions while doing chest excercise. it was done continously over 1 yr of span. now i was left with very bad shape and posture. additionalyy there is also severe anterior pelvic tilt. this entire syndrome is become worse with time. what can i do to get into shape again. or whom shall i consult. please suggest me some way. im male 31

Consult with an orthopaedic surgeon immediately. It is unlikely that exercise will give you bad shape of rib cage and pelvic tilt. You might be having some problem with your spine. Please get a thorough check up done.
