Hi My hands are trembling a lot these days. I don't drink coffee and I don't drink anything with caffeine in it. What to do to stop my hands from trembling

Hello....smokers , alcoholics will have trems soon after withdrawal it's called withdrawal trems, excessive intake of alcohol also causes the same ......hyperthyroidism can also cause tremors ....get your thyroid profile test done... Consult general physician to know the underlying cause
