SGPT and SGOT

I have done LFT tests yesterday which shows below : SGPT - 61 MG/dl SGOT- 107 U/L I am taking ursodeoxycholic tabs 300 mg and liver52 from last one month , SGPT before a month tested 72 MG/dl and SGOT was 102 U/L . Other details Age - 42 Gender - Male Alkaline phosphatase serum is normal . Bilirubin- .95 Direct- .27 Indirect - .68 Stopped alcohol consumption completely and taking liver friendly diet . Please suggest how to control SGPT and SGOT levels .

Depending on the factor which initiated liver injury it will take time to settle. Once the inciting factor is removed, it will gradually settle down. As of now there is no alarming rise, hence continue the same management. Follow up with your treating physician

Do USg abdomen Hbsag Hcv ab tests If they are all negative . Do aerobic exercise . Take anytixidents for 6 months .. you need to meet a gastroenterologist
