SGOT and SGPT values high

I'm a Medical Physicist by profession, I wont drink or smoke. My SGOT and SGPT values are high in numbers. SGPT 136 U/L and SGOT 75 U/L Should I do diet or any treatment for this has to be taken necessarily. Kindly Guide Me
