The last time when me and my partner had intercourse she started bleeding for some days we thought it was her menstruating but after a week the same thing happened, we had intercourse and she started bleeding again. please help

The bleeding is due to vaginal tear which happens at sex.......see a gynecologist...allow proper healing......use lubricants while having sex or lubricated condoms are best
