Doctor, I am having erectile dysfunction and my sperm is also very watery. My sperm falls very quickly. I have bought vasant kasumkaras, makardhwaj, sweet musli and Ashwagandha for consumption and i bought shree gopal oil. How to have the medicine and how to apply the oil? Can you suggest me something on my diet also. Thank you. Please advise in detail. Thank you
