From whatever little you have mentioned, it appears that you are not adequately sexually aroused. Sexual arousal causes secretion of lubricating fluids from both the vagina and the penis, to aid penetration and sexual intercourse. I recommend you to openly discuss with your husband, yours and his sexual fantasies, and what you like in sex. Once an open an honest communication is established, it will be much easier for you to reach sexual arousal, and easier and painless intercourse. Should the problem persist beyond that, kindly consult a gynaecologist for a thorough examination of your vaginal area. Good luck.
