I m 36 yrs old man.I m suffering from erection dysfunction,premature ejaculation and less sex desire for 8 years ago. I have used megalis20..tazal20..sustimex30. But it's not working.please suggest me...I have done my vasectomy in 2008 after that problem arise..I want fast relief.
