I have done a big mistake when I was in 7th std. I didn't know about masturbating.. one day I was laying on bed and started rubbing my penis.. after that I wasn't able to control this.. I have a big problem.. no proper erection.. my penis and testicles got small.. what should I do now?? Please help.
