I am suffering from severe sexual disease.i don't know what type of disease is this. My semen is discharging along with urine.It is also discharging anytime without any stimulation.i often loss semen by thinking a little erotic fantasy.my face became pale & my eyesight became hollow.pimples often arises on my face.i feel tired,weak & lazy all the day.i feel my face & body are becoming ugly day by day.i am also suffering from severe psychological disorder.lost my memory power and feel confused in decision making. Please help me.it is ruining my life & carrier as I am a student.please suggest me what to do...
