Hello, Doctor am just 23 ,when I have sex with my girl friend,a heavy pain or muscle pain under my stomach and around my waist,and cant able to go through the day .Can i know the reason why..? And please give tips and solution for this...

Hi, it may be due to muscle spasm. Sexual intercourse is also equal to exercise. During intercourse waist muscle can undergo spasm and causes pain. You can take some muscle relaxants to reduce pain. Do regular exercise ,take healthy diet. Consult general physician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
