Sir I have masterbated 5 years ago .Because of which I have been very thin and nightfall sufferings.sir because of it I am not readind well and missing competitive exams .Sir,after 2 months I have to go for police exam.sir suggest me what I do it was my dream .But I am fearing I can pass the Exam but not not fit for physical exam .It has decreased my body activeness and density of my body.please suggest me sir .Otherwise it will totally ruin my dream.
