Hey doctor i have concerns about reproductive health... i've been experiencing pain on erections, and observed of low sperm count according to the size of the testes.... have had one record of sexual assault in 2006 which i did not seek medical advice due to fear and shame. am now 20 years old and 5 months. other observation is dilation of glands in the scrotum. also penile weakness.... kindly assist
