I had a itching & burning sensation in my penis. Sometimes pain inside the tip of penis & also while erection & ejaculation. Urine is also not proper. Throat problems, problem opening mouth. Neck stiffness, numb & tingling sensation on leg & back. Stomach is dry & stools are solid & dry. Headache persists. smoking past
