I had unprotected sexual intercourse 1 week ago with my partner,2-3 days later I had burning sensation in peeing and also pain on the top of penis later on although burning sensation in peeing vanished after medication but I suddenly discovered while again having sex   pain was there  and yellowish discharge prior to semen discharge and I had fever as well.
