I am a 24-year-old man and have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for more than a 6 moths. Things are still going strong emotionally and we love each other. However, I have been ejaculating too early when we have sex: penetrative sex has been limited to 2 to 3 minutes for a while. It is extremely frustrating and I worry that my girlfriend is not being sexually fulfilled. What to do?

Hello In my opinion sex is a moment to enjoy and not to ponder on numbers. Anxiety during sex regarding performance usually leads to problems. 2-3 minutes is absolutely normal, time is a relative term and satisfaction depends on communication and techniques.
