Hello doctor... Sir is there any way to recover the wasted sperm... Sir also i am suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation... Sir and one more thing when my penis is in normal position it squeezes too much... And why sir my backbone starts paining when i walked for some distance and also when i knee down to pick up some thing after that also i feel pain in my backbone... Please give me some precious advice so that i will be able to cure my self...
