I am 8 week pregnant , facing sever vomiting . My doctor has prescribed doxinate forte for nausea and vomiting but this medicine doesn't helped me so my doctor prescribed another medicine Tab  Grandem md (Granisetron) . Does this tablet has side effect to my unborn baby . Please help me i am really concerned.
