Severe upper abdominal pain

Suffered septic shock from pneumonia, UTI, blood, and kidney infection. Has acute kidney failure which is being treated with help of dialysis. Infections are diminishing but left with severe upper abdominal pain. MRI showed no problems. Thought it was from gas and constipation but was given enema. Had a bowel movement but minimal to no difference. Pain has been nonstop for 4 days. What could the pain be from?

Please check for lipase and amylase n rule out acute pancreatitis. during shock it's common to develop stress ulcers so continue proton pump inhibitor.
