Admitted in hospital for 4 days ,did scanning, Impression 1,diffusely enlarged pancreas with I'll defined margins 2,fatty infiltration of liver 3,grade 2 prostatomegaly

You have acute pancreatitis. Other issues can be managed later. Pancreatitis is a medical emergency. Severity will be assed after some investigation. Proper early treatment will prevent pancreatitis related life threatening complications. Consult a gastroenterologist.
