Severe scrotal itching for past 2 yrs
I have severe itching in the testicular area for the past 2 yrs.
The dermatologist suggested ityza tablet and xyzal for 1 week during which i felt little relieved.But the relief was temporary and itching returned soon.The skin in the scrotal has turned light greyish and is itching severely.
Skin moisturisers seem to help but again the relief is temporary and usually relief lasts around 6-7 hrs beyond which itching starts again.
This has caused lot of irritation during day and disturbed sleep.
You may be having scrotal Eczema. Antifungals will not help for this as it is not a fungal infection and you have been wrongly treated. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice
