My neck pain is prolonged..i have consulted many orthopaedics,spine surgeons and have done physiotherapy also but the pain is worsening and devastating..as i am a student, i am unableto focus on my dtudies due to pain..the pain is further accompanied by severe headaches ..inspite of x-reports being normal, vitamin reports being normal, the pain exists

Since it is persisting pain, it is better to get an MRI of cervical spine.. On small suggestion: If you happen to overuse your smartphone for prolonged hours in a constant neck position, please avoid it, as that may also be a cause/aggravating factor..
