Severe migraine headache

I am  asking this behalf of my mom, her age is 45. She is suffering with severe migraine head ache from last 15 days she is taking migranil tablet but it is only temporary relief, she is also vomiting when headache is severe. Please let me know the solution or to which specialist should I consult regarding this.   T
