I have never experienced severe lower abdominal pain as if overies for twisted and after 5-6 days of on and off pain got period and it was extremely high bleeding for almost 4-5 days later it slowed down. Is there any chance that I had a miscarriage or any infection? I'm postpartem 20months with csection. Don't remember this much bleeding evn after delivery. How to know or symptoms of misscarriage.
