Severe itching on entire body

I have been facing this problem of itching since 3 months. Recently it has increased and whole body insanely itches like anything. I have done my blood tests and Serum Ige.. my platelets, wbc and neutrophil counts are high also i have 117 as my elevated ige levels. What am i supposed to do? I have consulted both allopathy and homeopathy but no relief. Pls suggest a remedy

You have urticaria. Please continue your antihistamines as prescribed by the dermatologist. Urticaria usually subsides on it's own in 95℅ of cases. Till then please take the tablets.
