Unable to bend down or move my head. Mainly pain in the backside of the head. The area behind ears on both sides pain a lot when I bend. Tried taking steam twice yesterday. Pain in the front part of the head has reduced while on the backside especially behind the ears is the same. Would sinarest tablet help?
