His HRCT score is 19 out of 25. Oxygen level is 65. Currently he is on oxygen. On taking 6 ltr oxygen, it goes to 90.  CT value is 16. He was going under treatment of Bronchitis. Can Remdesivir doses be given to him? Is there any risk of taking Remdesivir?

Your treating Doctor will plan it best. Remdesvir even though recently found out to be ineffective but still can be given in active phase of covid requiring oxygen support. But life saving is steroids . Make sure steroid/remdesvir/LMWH goes in for the patient. He will escalate and require more oxygen - better to manage in a tertiary care setup with icu availability
