My wife is coughing since last 4 days and it is not reducing i have given her a syrup called grilinctus bm. kindly advice what to do. Sometimes the flum comes and sometimes it is dry.

hi     cough have so many causes most commonly bacterial or it may be viral , allergic . so consult a general physician they examine throat and lungs and give suitable medicine. only cough syrup wont help.
