Hi I m having severe headache  along with cough and sore throat. Also having ear pain from past 3 days. Took naprosyn  but it s still the same. No fever. Please suggest what should I take

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection with infection of sinuses. Though this condition is self limiting its advisable to take antibiotics, decongestant tablets and nasal drops and pain killers. You can also try steam inhalation and salt water gargling for some relief
