My 4 year old son having wet cough since 5 days, its became dry from today, a cough syrup Maxtra is being given but no relief, No fever but he became lethargic and not feeding well. Kindly advice.

Hi Give Syp Ascoril LS  5 ml three times a day for 3 days. But  if he is lethargic better consult Online or physical. Vanajaas Vatsalya child care clinic @Tirupati.

If he is lethargic and Not feeding well, look for increased chest movements. If yes, need physical appointment. If not then seek online consultation
