Recently my husband was admitted due to cough syncope and lung infection. He's discharged now and he's advised to take nebulisation 3 times. The doctor has changed his meds from Telmed beta 50 to telma am 40/5, along with this met xl 25 for BP Earlier he used to take Telmed beta 50, Nexovas 10 and Metxl 25 What we have observed is his heart rate is 110-115 range from past 2 days, after his discharge. Could it be because of the nebuliser medicine. Duolin and budecort.. Also the doctor has asked us to visit after 5 days, can we go and see him before? Also his vitals are normal BP is in 133/78 range, SPO2 98 and sugars are in control. Please suggest if this is to worry?

You need to be trustful of your primary physician and his treatment, he knows your patient's whole medical and stay history and treated accordingly. Yes, nebuliser tend to increase heart rate but it must be given during your hospital stay too, if HR is showing variations after reaching home and starting meds here then you need to do a follow up.
