Patient: Male Age: 66 years Medical History: Recent chickenpox infection (now healed) History of Present Illness: My father had chickenpox a few weeks ago and was treated with antiviral medications, pain relievers, and other supportive care. The infection has healed, but after recovery, he started experiencing: Severe back pain (local doctor diagnosed as post-infection nerve pain and prescribed Preqm NT for pain). Constipation (doctor prescribed Diablo for relief). Despite taking medication for constipation, he has not had a bowel movement for the past 7 days. Current Symptoms: No bowel movement for 7 days Feeling of fullness and bloating Abdominal discomfort But no vomiting Medications Currently Taking: Preqm NT for nerve pain Diablo for constipation Any other daily medications Fibator for cholesterol Udiliv for grade 1 fatty liver Amlodac 2.5 for blood pressure G-loc LC for gas problems.
