That sounds like an Airway Allergic Disease. First you need to meet an Allergist, who will take a detailed history of you and your environment. Then, you need to undergo Skin Prick Tests for identifying the allergens causing the allergy.  The Allergist will counsel you on Allergen avoidance measures and if necessary, plan Sublingual Immunotherapy, which when administered over 3 to 5 years, will finally desensitise your immune system towards those offending allergens which are causing the symptoms.
