Dear sir , I m male bechlolar 35 yes suffering from alltime penis and inner parts burning sensation . It burns a lot during urination and unbearable pain on sperm eject . In my childhood i used to be too much in masterbution .Even if i left masterbution ,later I grew night fall everynight which I couldn't control on sperm eject on my bed. I became thinner physicaly and couldn't continue my studies. In 2000 I left my school. All treatment went in vein . Now severe pain in penis. Pls hlp m
