Severe back pain. Weakness in left side

I have been diagnosed my foot drop 1 yera ago after that i got my back pain... After that i got weakness in my left part of body... Like paralysis but it wasnt a complete paralysis. My left body feels numb a less functional. I have done the mri of brain and back but nothing shows on that... After that i got my ncv done that also showed me nothing. Kindly can you please tell me waht is happened to me.
