My 72 year old mother diagnosed severe aortic stenosis with asymptomatic . She is non diabetic, non hypertension. She is less active due to knee issues . 2D values as below : 1. Mild calcification 2. Ava : 0.7 cm2 3. Vmax : 4.1 Avg :68/41 mmhg Lvef : 69 Consulted Cordialogist suggest wait for symptoms and do 2D echo 6 months once . Kindly suggest is avr can be good option now
