She has a the polyp which is accidentally discovered in a endoscopy. Polypectomy is advised by the doctor. My questions are 1. Is it an early sign of cancer or malignancy 2. Can the polypectomy lead to any malignancy later. 3. How can the polyp b diagnosed wether it is benign or malignant without any surgery or itching the polyp.
