Serum globulin is high

I had general blood check up on Feb 16 in tat my serum globulin is 4.07 where it should range from 2-3.5 and blood urea nitrogen is 5.27 where it should range from 7-21 and vitamin d is 10.53 my doctor gave me vit d supplement and told tat levels are not a problem and remaining all are normal
