Your creatinine level is within the normal range. There is no protein in your urine, and your ultrasound report is normal — nothing to worry about at the moment. However, people with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing chronic kidney disease. This risk can be reduced to some extent by keeping your blood sugar and blood pressure under strict control. Regular screening of urine for protein and monitoring blood sugar levels are also important.
Next Steps
Strict glycemic control. Regular follow up.
