My brother is undergoing treatment for acne GR2 and moderate scarring. Acne symptoms seems to be under control but has recently developed rashes all over body which is causing itching and burning sensation. Not sure if conditions are linked to allergic reaction to acne diagnosis. Need help with diagnosis, pics attached

It appears to be an acute urticaria reaction. This can happen due to variety of reasons. There is a saying in medical book that it can be caused by anything under the sun including the sun itself. Finding the cause is justified only if the allergy persists more than 6 weeks. He can take levocetrizine 5mg to 20mg per day for now depending on severity of itch.
