Hello Doctor, I am 28 years old and in health checkup report Serum Triglyceride value is showing as 386 mg/dl. Today I went for 2D-Echo and ECG tests. Both test reports are normal. Could you please let me know how to reduce bad cholestrol and improve good cholestrol levels?
