When ever I drink or eat cold stuff, there is a  tingling sensation, painfull, cant describe it.. But on reserved for front top 3 and bottom 4 teeths, none of the others are showing such symptoms What do I do?

may ur teeth might be attrited or too much gum damage that is due to sensitivity some times it decreases using sensitivity tooth paste or if u consult ur near by dentist they will do filling
