Your sensitivity could be due to a cavity in your teeth. It could also be the result of wearing of your teeth due to attrition and abrasion. Getting a filling done will reduce your sensitivity. Plus if we are able to find out the cause of your sensitivity you will be able to avoid the causes from inflicting further damage.

U hv not mentioned if your sensitivity of teeth are limited to few teeth or is generalised. Treatment modalities will change accordingly. Consult a dentist, get treated and enjoy ur sweets and chocolates.
