Sensation in right leg  at night

I have been having a pain/sensation/irritation in the right leg which starts from my right hip and continues till feet. It is so disturbing that I am unable to sleep and gets relief if I walk. It is hampering my daily sleep. I am confused whether to consult a neurologist or a orthopedic. Kindly help
