Sensation around penis area

I feel a strange sensation on the left side of the area where penis is attached. And I am also not able to urinate with full force. Kindly guide me.

Are feeling straining at passing urine? If so, get an Ultrasound abdomen with post voidal residue. Or get an uroflowmetry done if available nearby.
