I am 39 year old. My semen count 60 and active count 70% and dead 30 %....as per pus cellls 1/2 hpf in semen...and in urine e.coli bacteria found...please suggest hpf pus celles 1/2 hpf is problem for me for want to child.

Ur sperm count is normal but only ur sperm is not sufficient to have child ur wife too needs every thing normal so investiagte her too with near by gynaecologist
